Who We Are

Linda Freund is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and journalist based in Barcelona. She directed The Migrant Priest (Italy, 2022) and The Window on Death Row (Spain, 2025).
She most recently served as a senior video journalist at The Wall Street Journal and was a journalism fellow at the USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture and Brandeis University’s Chaplaincy Innovation Lab. Earlier in her career, she reported from conflict zones across South Asia and East Africa.
Linda is the founder and managing director of Blake Media, a production studio that works with technology companies, research institutions, and global brands to create narrative-driven films, executive interviews, and editorial video content. Her background in investigative journalism shapes the studio’s approach: rigorous reporting, human storytelling, and production that moves quickly without sacrificing depth.
